Process automation with artificial intelligence

If someone in your business copies data from one system to another, builds the same report every week or answers the same questions every day, that can be automated. I start with an audit to find what's worth automating first, then build the workflows with n8n, Make, Claude or Codex, connected through APIs to what you already use.

What it solves

  • Data copied by hand between spreadsheets, email and systems.
  • Reports someone builds every week or every month.
  • Requests, orders or invoices that fall through the cracks.
  • Tasks that depend on someone remembering to do them.

What's included

  • Process auditI look at how your team works, see which tasks take the most time and give you a prioritized list of what to automate and what not to.
  • Automated workflowsI connect your tools (email, spreadsheets, Notion, CRM, WhatsApp, forms or any system with an API) so information moves from one place to another on its own.
  • AI inside the workflowI use Claude to read emails and documents, sort requests, summarize and draft replies, with a person reviewing where it's needed.
  • Alerts and documentationEvery workflow warns you if something fails and is documented so your team knows what it does.

Levels

  1. Audit

A diagnosis of your processes and a plan for what to automate first. It's useful even if you don't automate anything with me afterwards.

  2. One process

One complete automation from start to finish, like following up on requests or a weekly report.

  3. Several processes with AI

Connected workflows across teams, with AI that reads, sorts and handles the simple steps, plus alerts and documentation.

Each project is quoted based on its scope. Write to me and I'll tell you which level yours fits.

How I work

  1. AuditI understand how it's done today and where time is lost.
  2. DesignI define the workflow, the tools and what a person decides.
  3. BuildI build and test it with your business's real data.
  4. HandoverI launch it, document it and adjust it as it's used.

Frequently asked questions

Which business processes can be automated?

The ones that repeat, follow clear rules and move information between tools: reports, customer follow-ups, invoices, inventory, appointments and common questions. Work that depends on judgment still needs a person, though AI can prepare it for them.

What is a process audit?

It's a review of how your team works to find the manual tasks that take the most time. The result is a prioritized plan: what to automate, with which tool and what's better left as it is.

Do I have to change my tools?

Almost never. Usually it's about connecting what you already use (Google Workspace, Excel, Notion, WhatsApp, your CRM or accounting system) through their APIs instead of replacing it.

What is n8n and why do I use it?

n8n is a tool for building workflows that connect apps. I use it because it lets me add AI at any step and it can run on your own servers, so your data stays with you.

If you have a process like this, tell me about it.
