Context
What it was
A three-step pre-consultation for Dr. Kilmer Tórrez, who practices natural medicine in Río Blanco and Managua.
For whom
Adults with pain, stress or other discomfort who want to book an appointment and don't know how to describe what they feel.
Why it was made
So the doctor has a starting point before replying and doesn't have to ask the first questions one by one.
The challenge
What had to be solved
Let patients say what they feel and where without writing a long message, and let the doctor receive it organized on WhatsApp, without storing health data on any server.
The hardest part
Marking the exact area on a 3D body that rotates with a finger, with a flat map as a fallback if the phone doesn't support 3D.
Process
The consultation grew out of Dr. Kilmer's website as a standalone mini app. The patient marks areas on a female or male body and picks the sensation: pain, burning, tingling, stiffness, swelling or impact. Then they add duration, intensity and conditions, and finally choose where to be seen.

Result

Metrics
- It saves time on the first questions: the doctor receives the area, sensation, duration and intensity from the start.
Next update
